RATES AND FEES

Full hours billed at $18.00 per hour.

After first full hour 1/2 hours billed at $9.00.

Minimum billing for services is 1 hour.

Additional mileage fees 51.5 cents per mile may

be billed when travel is required. Billing for mileage starts

from client's address.

Appointments requested without 24 hour notice

will require an additional convenience fee of $18.00.

24 hour notice is required for all cancelations of  

scheduled services. An $18.00 fee will be accessed 

when notice is not given.

Inability to gain access to client's business

or residence when required to complete job, An

$18.00 fee will be accessed.

Fees are due at time of service.

Deposit may be required for products purchased.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Hourly service fees are due before services are

rendered. A minimum of 1 hour is required.

Goods, taxes, and services purchased are to be

paid in full by client at cost when goods are

delivered. My Time 4 U does not mark up goods,

or services purchased from vendors for clients.

When services require transportation of client's

pet(s)  proof of current vaccinations is required.

Client must provide pet carrier.

My Time 4 U will not be responsible for third party

vendors in any transaction.
